Vetsa 3 stuck on saying download the app

I’ve restarted Versa3 several times as it keeps saying to download the app. I’ve removed the app and re-installed again several times. Bluetooth on and off. Battery is fully charged. Help please.

I completely understand how frustrating this can be, and I greatly appreciate the steps you've taken so far.

Considering what you've mentioned, I'd like to recommend performing a new setup of your devices. This might seem a bit confusing, but here's a list of steps to follow:

  • Verify that the app doesn't have any pending updates.
  • From the app, press the icon of a watch and a mobile phone located at the top of the app.
  • Press the "Add more devices" option.
  • Press the "Replace with new Versa 3" option.
  • Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

Please note that it's not necessary to delete your device before executing this process. Also make sure you have your WiFi password handy, as it will be required to perform the update for your device.
