Vibration not working due to update?

Hello, I have my watch for almost a month and 2-3 days back I realised the vibration is no longer working. I have tried factory resetting and it's still not working. Does it mean that my watch is spoilt and need a service or an exchange?

 

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
