Vibration not working for text/call notifications

My versa isn't vibrating or telling me when i get a call or text.  When i pull down they are there but i want the notification.

I tried everything in this thread and this is what fixed it for me. “Hold back button and swipe left. Notifications was turned off.”

Hi has any discovered just recently vibration not working again.  Is this a universal problem.  We have three Fitbit wearing people in our house and all are not receiving vibrations on their watches .

Mine was doing the same thing but my notifications on my fitbit was turned off. Hold down on the left button and make sure your notifications are set to On.

I was having the same problem. Try this..

1. turn off notifications by clicking  left button for 2 seconds. 

2. Sync your watch

3. Press and hold the left and bottom button until you see the fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds. 

4. After restarting, sync the watch again, and turn on notifications. 

5. Test your notifications and see if they go thru.

Other notifications are coming through my Fitbit but text messages/ calls are not sending notifications.

I've tried all of these troubleshooting techniques too, but my fitbit keeps kicking itself off of my phone's bluetooth. However, even when I go into notifications and do the "test call", while it IS connected to bluetooth, it still doesn't send me the test call.

Try this:
1. Hold the right left button down to turn OFF notifications.
2. Sync your phone via the Fitbit app
3. Press and hold the the left and bottom right button until the Fitbit logo appears on your watch
4. Sync the watch again via Fitbit app
5. Hold right button to turn on notifications
6. Test your texts/calls

Thank You. It's always the simplest solutions that I like the best! This was my issue.

So glad I did not do a full factory reset before figuring out how to turn the notifications back on.
