I restarted my fitbit in two different ways, my fitbit does vibrate for other things just not iphone calls and msgs. This started with the IOS 13 update. .I'm growing very frustrated. .I'm missing calls and msg at work as I can't have the volume up

Hi Jeff, I did go into settings and for my entire phone, notifications were "always" on. Then I went to Notifications for Fitbit and it was off, like you thought I switched it on and it is still not working. I will reset the fitbit again with these new settings and crossing my fingers that it works. Thanks a bunch for your suggestions. Most appreciated. . .JoJo

Updated to the new Firmware and now I’m not getting notified of new notifications. DND and sleep mode are both off. I can see my notifications when I swipe down. It’s just not vibrating. Support hasn’t been helpful. So frustrated that I updated.

Same.
This happened to me after installing the Fitbit firmware last night. (It is not an iOS 13 issue as they keep sending me to that thread for instructions on how to fix it)

I “forgot the device” , then reconnected it and IT WORKED!!! I am so happy to have my Versa vibrate to a text message again. Hopefully this helps anyone else.

Happy it worked for you but it didn’t work for me though. I tried this twice yesterday as well. But glad your Versa is back up and running

Have you tried holding the button on you watch down for a few seconds it will display the notification selection and that should be turned on

Have you checked the settings on your watch to make sure the vibration is set to STRONG then hold down the button on your watch for a few seconds, the notification settings should appear make sure that is turned on as well.
