Did you try deleting the fitbit device from the fitbit app and then adding it back? It worked for me.

Mine doesn't vibrate either when reaching goal or reminding me to move.  It did on my older Versa but not this one.  Very frustrating because I miss that feature.

I wish it did that on mine.  Doesn't do it on the Versa 2.

Still isn't working.  My old Versa worked much better.

I had the same thing happened to me, I have had it for one year and everything was normal until one day I stopped getting notifications. I tried resetting both, my phone and the watch a million times and never worked until I went to settings and realized that the watch was on do not disturb. It is not visible anywhere, so you have to go to settings/ do not disturb and when you tap on it, it will appear if it is on or off. You have to do it manually because it doesn't matter how many times you reset, it will stay on that mode. I hope this helps.

I checked it and the do not disturb is off.  Still doesn't work.  Fitbit seems to think it has something to do with the IOS update and is working to, hopefully, solve the problem with another update (whenever that is.)

Same here, and I notice that iMessage does not appear in the Apps Notification list in the Fitbit app, why? It says apps should be added once it is sent to your phone?

Come on Fitbit, this has been going on for long enough, it’s time to get the text preview and vibration working again.

I have been trying to get this straightened out with support and all they could tell me was that it had to do with the last IOS update and that they were working on it and, hopefully, on the next Fitbit update it will be straightened out.  I guess I will have to wait and see.

I was also having similar issues.  I changed my mode to display on, it worked.

Go to setting- turn on the display mode &  turn off the sleep mode.
it works

Mine has been doing this since before the holidays.  I have tried all the troubleshooting and still not vibration for incoming text messages. What else can I do?

Mine still isn't vibrating for texts or calls either, plus I don't get reminders to move.  I have been in touch with tech support several times and all they could tell me was it had something to do with the IOS update and they were working on the problem.  Supposedly it should be fixed on the next Fitbit update whenever that is.  It's very frustrating when it's not working like it should.

I guess I will try to wait patiently...at least mine still vibrates for calls and the alarm. Frustrating,  because I rely on it to notify of texts while at work so my phone does not disturb my cubicle neighbors. Thank you for letting me know what you found out.

I deleted my Fitbit from my phone and reconnected.  That got it working correctly.

I deleted my Fitbit from my phone and it still isn't working.  I too get call vibration and move reminders but do not get any text, Snapchat, calendar reminders... to vibrate.  If I slide down on my Fitbit I can sometimes see the notifications, but get no vibration to alert me.  I have tried every suggestion on this strand and on the Fitbit site... Super frustrated, as I was going to look at an upgrade but now think I should buy a different device, I bought this mainly for the the notifications to help me in my busy schedule.  I could spend a lot less for something to track my steps...

Tried that.  Still doesn't work.  My older Versa worked much better than the Versa 2.

I don't get vibration reminders to move, notificatiions for goal met and calls and texts.  I find it very frustrating.  Not working at all like it should.
