my Versa is also not vibrating for texts or phone, but is vibrating for alarms.  There was a suggestion about  disabling device lock. I do not see that anywhere.  How do I find it?

Go on the Fitbit App, Than go on your account, Next click on your Versa 2 and scroll all the way down and it will be the second last option.

Hope this helped:)

I have a Versa, not Versa 2.  If I follow your instructions, my last 2 options are

All Day Sync, then Sync Now, and lastly, remove this Versa

I have Versa. I sync all day because I have notifications to move on. I
recommend "all day". Make sure in the actual Versa settings, you have
Vibrations on.

Good Luck.

I wasn't working for me also but then I went settings on my watch and apparently my do not disturb was on so I turned it off and it worked

I did all that. The vibrate works fine. I have unpaired, uninstalled, restated everything multiple times to on avail. Please I am on crutches and can't always get to my phone. I need this to work again

I had the same issue, and it was just that Settings for Do Not Disturb was activated. Alarms would work as normal, but calls and messages wouldn't vibrate, just appear on the fitbit. Press and hold the side button and deactivate "DND" at the top of the menu that comes up.

Check the settings on your phone, it could be one got changed in the ap or in the actual phone setting notification section when it did the update. Hope it helps.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

I have tried and checked everything in the app, and on my watch. It still
vibrates with timers, alarms, breathe... I have deleted the watch on the
app, and re-synced. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it. I have
reset the watch. I've tried always vibrate on and off. Nothing. This has
been going on a month at least.

Double check in your phone settings...not on the fitbit ap. There is a setting that allows the ap and phone to "talk" Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Try checking thebaettings on your phone and the app settings both. They need to be able to talk to each other. Did you try reinstalling the ap? Good luck...another thing to try is restarting the watch..Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
