Yes! Mine all said the notifications were on too. What a weird option to
not be synced the same. Glad it helped!

I appreciate all of the suggestions but not one of them works.  My notifications are on - on both my Veras as well as in the Fitbit App, and on my IPhone. I have restarted it twice.  I will have no choice but to call Fitbit when I have some time to do so.  I note that the vibration works when I hit my desired steps per hour but not for calls, texts or appointments. This is very frustrating because they once worked and now they don’t.

I do not seem to have  the Device Lock option. I have reset my Versa, restarted it, and tried numerous things but it still is not vibrating to notify of phone calls or text messages.

IJohnson, press and hold the left button, then swipe to find the notifications/music menu. Press notifications ON/OFF

I would Call Fitbit customer service then. Maybe something is wrong
internally. If the settings in the bit and the app is on?! They may have a
reset. Have you shut it down?

I have. I've restarted it, shut it down, and tried to do a factory reset.

I did that and it compromised my battery life. I have little time to sit on the phone with Fitbit to fix this problem. Saving for an Apple Watch.

Check to see if your multiple Fitbits are showing as connected to your
phone. Somehow mine was connected multiple times so nothing was working
properly.

This fixed mine! I must have accidentally turned it off when I was scrolling through settings or something. Thank you so much!
