I am so sorry about this. Did you remove it from your app/phone & then reinstall? It won't bring the services back (tried it!), but it might at least make it work again.

Sincerely,

I do not remember the trick to getting them to restart. I had that issue too...there is a trick to it though.  It seems like had to press and hold two of the buttons. I googled how to restart mine.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Contact Fitbit! Tell them you did all the steps.

Check your phone bluetooth setting that the Versa is recognized. Restart
phone & Versa. Make sure in Versa setting it's on & Do Not Disturb is on.
Send a test call from Fitbit app. If doesn't work, call Fitbit. Tell them
all you did or they'll make you do it again.

Thanks for the advice. I finally got it to work. There are so many places
to check. But thanks again for your input. I'll keep it for future
reference if necessary.

Mine vibrates for everything but texts, which is what I specifically bought it for. What could be causing this?

This is my exact issue, did you ever get an answer?

Mine still doesn't work right. Only vibrates for calls. Ridiculous.

What's most frustrating is that the one I have is a brand new replacement for my older one that stopped tracking steps 🙄 I swear it's always something with these **ahem** things....I'm about to say f it and get an apple watch

Lol. I do understand! I upgraded to this one bcuz the last one started doing the same thing (but wouldn't even register calls!). Crazy! Nothing changed after initial set up except the it stopped buzzing me! Lol
Apple phone sounds good right about now!
