I think I found the solution to my notifications not working! I had my screen lock enabled. Once I changed that setting in my Fitbit app my notifications started working properly!

Thank you, you are a genius!  I went through everything including downloading the latest IOS update and just saw your message.  Mine was off too, had no idea that button did anything except display the clock face.  Thank you, thank you!

I am having the same problem. Text/call notifications have no vibrate but show up on the screen if I go on and pull down from the top. I tested the alarm and it vibrated. I have restarted my versa, restarted my phone, connected and disconnected Bluetooth, my app is updated. Not sure what to do next. I know it has worked because it did when I first got it a couple months ago but shut the vibrations for notifications off at the time. Now I try to turn them back on and nothing is happening. Very frustrated!

Have you tried holding the left side button in for a few seconds and see if notifications has been turned off? If so, just turn it back on...

Make sure you don’t have the versa screen lock on. I also had the same problem for months and tried all of the fixes then I tried the screen lock and now it works!

I am having the same problem. Vibrates for Alarm and during exercise but not for any text or call notifications. I do not see a device lock anywhere on the account?

The account page on my fitbit app (on iphone) doesn't have anything related to Device Lock.      Is this a new feature?     If so, do I need to reinstall the app?

Could somebody please tell us exactly *what* solved their problem?     One of the suggestions is to turn screen lock back on      If that was what solved several people's problem, how does one turn it on?    I can find nothing on the fitbit app that deals with screen lock.   Thnaks!

If you press and hold the left single button until the screen comes up that says “Notifications” - mine was set to off and when switched to on it worked
