Can you please escalate mine to the support center as well? My vibrating works when my watch lets me know that I need x amount of steps left this hour, but otherwise the vibration does not work.

I had the same issue a few months ago. I had online help/chat walk me through a bunch of steps and got it working again.
I noticed today that it's not vibrating again. Before getting on with chat, I decided to give the back of the Versa a wipe down with a Clorox wipe. I put the Versa back on and the very next text message I got the Versa vibrated.
I noticed people with tattoos on their wrist are having problems too, so it seems to be a problem with the HR sensor.
I never take mine off except to shower and to charge it, so it gets pretty grimy on the back (I know - YUCK). So going to try to be better about keeping it clean.
Hope this easy fix works for some of you!

Try factory reset. If that doesn't work, call FITBIT. Tell them all you
did, they will have you repeat them if you don't.
