Mine was doing the same thing.. I just hold the left button in till the notifications icon came up and I turned it off and open twice and now it’s working. Don’t know if that will help u.. but worth a try..

I had this issue and then realised if I turn vibrate off my phone it also turns the vibrate off the fitbit. I turned my vibrate back on on my phone and the vibrate on the fitbit started again

I have tried all of the above things to get my versa to vibrate for calls and text messages, with no luck..

What can I do to correct this?

Hold the button on the left, then tap notifications.

I actually contacted them through facebook messenger and they went through
a list of things to try. We got there eventually I think if it had not
worked they would have offered a replacement.

I had the problem that I would recieve notifications on my versa but it wouldn’t vibrate. I found my issue was that I had my phone on do not disturb, so if you have that on then that might be why. 😂

Thank you!!! Been wondering and trying to trouble shoot this problem for at least a week now, tried this and it started working again. Must have pressed it when I changed my strap 😐

I was having the same problem when I was receiving my notifications. It would not vibrate but if I scrolled down it was there.

I came by the solution by accident. If you keep your finger on the single button on the left side of the watch a menu comes up for SCREEN WAKE and NOTIFICATIONS with on/off options. Turn it on and fingers crossed it should fix the problem. It worked for me

Having this same issue, call Fitbit last week to try to get a solution and I was told it was a glitch they had been receiving complaints about but haven’t heard anything since!

Do uninstall, then factory reset on Versa & reinstall. Just set up your
texts & calls for starters. If still doesn't work, call back & really
complain. If you bought from them, they should resolve your complaint. I
have found their customer service is quite good for me.

Hi,

Had this problem, my fitbit versa suddenly stopped vibrating on notification, tried all of the tips here.

Then I realised.

If you hold the left button you can turn off notifications from your wrist, and then other night I had done just this from the cinema!

Useful feature, when you remember to turn it back on again!

I was having the same problem and none of the suggestions helped. I found that my phone was connected twice and a third that I didn’t recognize was also connected. When I disconnected all but one connection for my phone, the vibration and notifications started working as they should.
