Vibrations stopped working on my Versa

I recently updated my phone/Versa watch and now the vibrations when I get text alerts are gone. The menu when I used to hit the left button to turn them on/off is also gone. If I go to settings, though - under vibrations it still says "strong"

 

Why did this menu go away? How do I get it back? How do I turn vibrations back on?

Regarding the vibration issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to you via email in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
