Ok so it shows I'm paired with my phone but it's not connecting ? So it won't let me use the spotify app after i spent money on the premium like it said to need help it's just saying "make sure your phone's bluetooth is on,then sync your device using the fitbit mobile app " I've tried everything what's up

Sorry hit the wrong button download the app on both the phone and the watch make sure your bluetooth is on then open on the phone make it start playing or go to the screen where it plays and open the app on your. Fitbit then click witch device

When you go to the Fitbit App, and under your Versa's applications, you click the gear icon next to Spotify, does it say you are logged in?

And then, with your actual Spotify app open on your phone, you tap the Spotify icon on your Versa, it says "Connecting..." in green, and then what does it show?

Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on then sync your device using the Fitbit mobile app

I was seeing the same thing the first few times I opened the Spotify app on the Versa, but then it finally connected and showed "Connect to a device" and showed my phone. But I did find that I had to actually have the Spotify app running on my phone first.

Okay, when you go tap Settings on the Versa, and scroll to Bluetooth, tap that, scroll to "Restore Music Controls", what does it say?
