Visa battery dies too fast

When I first for my Fitbit in December it would go week with out charging, now for the past couple weeks the charge only last maybe 16 hrs...I have tried everything and nothing works .

Any help would be awesome

Hi, did you try to restart your Versa multiple times (4-6) in a row by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons? If yes, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

No I have not I will give it a try

It's of course up to you, but I would contact Customer Support if I were you (see my earlier post).
