I have the versa 4, I got it today, set it all up, everything is working just fine, but the voice to text is not working. It keeps telling me there is a transcription error. any help? I have the Samsung galaxy s21, and everything is up to date, all permissions are on too.

I have a sense 2. Same problem! Seems to have started when Fitbit account was merged over to Google. I've noticed that they have had many version changes on the app and the past week. Affecting a lot of different models. No solutions from customer service except to replace device which they've already done twice. I guess we're all just going to have to wait for our very expensive fitness trackers to start working after they get the software fixed! Pretty sad! Using my old fitness tracker until they fix this one! A lot of money to have something sitting in a drawer! 😒

Yes! Customer service has been no help what so ever. Hopefully they start working soon.

Marre, none of this is working. Is fitbit working to resolve this? Ive called into support multiple times and nothing works This has to be a fitbit issue.

I have contacted customer service through both chat and telephone at least two dozen times and nobody has gotten back to me either. I just think they don't have any answers. They're waiting for this new firmware to roll out and hopefully fix most issues. Big problem. Doesn't need to lose its entire customer base. Samsung makes one heck of a great watch. And their support is stellar. Get it together Fitbit or Galaxy 5 pro here I come and I'm sure that would be along with a lot of other people as well
