I got a versa for Christmas and I like it, however, I am having problems with the volume control for music (pandora) and bluetooth speakers

 

I can connect and play music, but the volume is at full blast and I can not turn the volume down using the little + / - icons.

 

I have to disconnect the versa, connect with the phone, modify volume from the phone, and then reconnect the versa.

 

I have seen several similar threads here without a solution. I have restarted phone and versa, versa up to date, removed and reattached speakers,  and tried 2 speakers and bluetooth headphones.

@BlackPanther Does it happen for other apps? Like Google Music or any type of playback that you can control with your Versa? I do not have Pandora, so cannot test it but all other apps I use (Google Music, Audible etc.) work fine...

Right now I only have pandora installed. 

 

I filed a ticket with customer support
