WW not showing steps just minutes in daily activity

Hello,

For the past two weeks my Versa information is showing up as minutes in the WW app instead of steps. For instance, this morning I have walked 1,065 steps so far but the WW app shows me as walking those 1,065 steps for 42 minutes.  I have no idea where those minutes came from. tried revoking access and re-establishing it but the issue continues. 

Can you assist?

I have no idea what the WW App is, but it sounds like your problem is with it, not Fitbit. You can try a Restart on your tracker to see of it helps.

HI mine has been doing this for awhile only with the Charge 2. No one can seem to fix it but pretty sure its a WW problem.  I can see steps on my iphone /ipad but not on computer. 

If WW allowed email then I would send them a screenshot but only want phone call.
