Waiting on my 4th Versa

Due to HR and sleep not working on 3 devices, I am currently awaiting my 4th device...

 

They've all been pink, hopefully the black ones don't have these issues, though I'm sure it doesn't matter. 

 

Has any one else had this many issues with the Versa? I mean, when it works it's wonderful, but I don't know how many more watches I can patiently wait for before going to Apple.

I’m currently trying to decide do I give versa a Third try?, as my second versa has been playing up for the last two days (and gone kaput tonight) 😕

I mean, the support from Fitbit is great... but the product is just not
good.

I would give t another shot, I’m waiting on my next replacement and if that
one doesn’t work... well, it’s unfortunate but I will likely get a refund
and go back to my blaze (which still functions perfectly).
