Wallet app showing up in non-NFC Versa

Hi,

I purchased the non nfc Fitbit Versa.

I was wondering, why does the wallet app exist, when I click on it it asks me to place my arm on a reader.

Hello @Prevs, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. At this moment, I would like to ask you to check the back of your Versa to see if it has the NFC chip:NFC.PNG

Note that the international version of the Versa comes with this chip. Only if you bought it in the US you had the choice to get one without Fitbit Pay. It's possible you have the international version, which is why you're getting asked to place your arm on the reader.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
