I've tried and checked, but I'm always found with disappointment because I can't find out how to get the wallet icon to appear on the app. I've tried changing my location it didn't work, and I'm stuck unable to get it to appear.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Justin._ - if this is a new watch see Incorrect Set up of a new device.
If the watch is not at the correct level it may not have access - see version in What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
You can also try logout of the Fitbit App and clear the storage cache and force stop it and swipe off it's active window and restart both phone and watch.
Lastly you may need to delete the Versa 2 Bluetooth entry on the phone and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "Set up a new Device" and replace once the other steps have been done if it's not cured.
