Wallet says "No cards have been added in your Wallet" even though the app shows it has been verified

So, I added my visa to the FitBit app and got it verified. However, when I open the wallet on my Versa 2 it gives the message, "Set up Wallet No cards have been added in your Wallet". Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I have had the same problem. I solved it by suspending my card in the Android app and then unsuspending it. The card reappeared in my Versa 2.

I'm having this same issue. Card was added without issue but it continues to say "no card has been added to your wallet". Were  you able to resolve this?

Have just discovered I have the same issue. I have the original versa. The cards were added over a year ago and have worked previously with fitbit pay. The cards are displayed on the iPhone app but nothing on the watch 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

That part that sucks the most to me is that I JUST bought this new Versa 2 a week ago and can't this working. It's also doing the same thing for my Starbucks app, on the phone it shows my card attached to the SB app but in my watch it says "No Starbucks Card". I would really love to find a solution this issue asap!

I just restored factory settings for my version (1st edition) and set everything up again from scratch. So added my cards and seems to be OK - hopefully it is fixed now. Plus I seem to be on the updated operating system which may have helped sort out the problem.

I wonder if this is an Apple iOS issue?  I just upgraded my iPhone to the latest security upgrade, and suddenly my card does not show up on my Versa 2 watch (although it is on the iPhone app).

I have tried re-starting the watch but it didn't help.

FitBit, any comment on this?

No issues here.  I updated to the most recent firmware and my card is still showing up -- I used it this morning in fact.  I'm wondering if it depends on card type.  Mine is an AMEX.  I'm using iOS.  No problems.

Perhaps try a factory reset?

I'm not sure if we're talking about the same thing.  When you say "firmware," do you mean the Versa watch firmware?  I also had no problem with the Versa firmware upgrade. It was only when I did an Apple-provided iOS update for my phone (not the fitbit app) that my problem started.

In any event, I guess I'll have to try the factory re-set.

I had the same issue. Hard reset didn’t help. I called Fitbit. They told me that they weren’t aware of the issue. The customer service rep was super rude. Eventually he said that he didn’t know what to do. I asked him to talk to his supervisors about what I’m supposed to do next. He said they would escalate the problem and have a solution by next Friday (Jan 4). If their solution doesn’t work he said it must be the Fitbit itself.

Try rebooting device resyncing and have Bluetooth and gps on and make sure the app is running in the background with allday sync is on

I'm also having this issue, but on an Android device. Loaded the card in the app, used it successfully once. Disappeared. Loaded again, can view it on the watch, but opening it on the watch again an hour later and get the "no card has been added to the Wallet" error. I've deleted the card and tried again with the same results. Factory reset is my next step.

Not just iOS. I'm experiencing the same issue on my Android device.

Thank you for going to this effort. It is obviously a Fitbit software
glitch and all the rebooting in the world is not a substitute for a
fix.
