Hi... I'm Unable to update my wallet with my new santander debit mastercard. My previous santander debit card was a visa debit and that worked fine. Is anyone getting error message when they try?

Our team has just released a new version of the Fitbit app (iOS and Android 3.40.1). For instructions on how to update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
Whether this doesn't help, please provide us with the following information:
- Have you contacted your bank to verify if there is any restriction/limitation with your new debit card?
- Have you verified that your card information has been correctly entered in the Fitbit Wallet?
- What does the error message say? If possible, please attach a screen shot for further investigation.

I am having exactly the same problem with my Versa 3. I’ve spent 4 hours on the phone to FitBit & my bank & am no further forward. Did you manage to resolve this issue & if so, how?

Did anybody fix this as I've just tried with my new Santander MasterCard and Fitbit Versa, everything is up to date software and firmware

I had a really frustrating time with similar issue. I couldn't add my existing santander debit card at all. Tried everything.
I then looked on my santander app and noticed it had an image of the debit card ( menu, cards) this showed a different card number ending to my current debit card.
My existing card was due to be replaced in 2 months but they had already changed the details.
So when i was trying to add my existing card it never matched the new card details on my account.
New card arrived today registered without a glitch!!! Banks fault, not fitbit it seems!

I don't know if anyone is still struggling with this but I got it to work. Not sure which of 2 things it was as I did not leave a gap between the 2 things
1: remove previous card from fitbit wallet, reboot fitbit, and force stop of fitbit app
2: when presented with prefilled address delete a few characters and then retype them.

Same problem here.
Can't add my Santander Mastercard to the app with a fitbit versa 3.
I have tried the 2 steps above and does not work.
I spend also 2 hours with my bank at the phone and they say it is all ok.
Phone (samsung A40) up to date,also the app.
Now waiting for a opened ticket with fitbit.
