Hi @Karenedwards50. I’m assuming that Nat west is a bank? Is that right? If so, you should probably reach out to them, asking them to coordinate with Fitbit. Fitbit Pay works with major credit and debit cards from top banks and card issuers, as well as transit from around the world. More countries and partners are coming soon but it never hurts to let your institution know what you, the customer, wants. You can find the entire list of banks here.
