I want to add rowing and CrossFit into my watch to track those workouts. I’m just using generic workout for rowing and have to switch during CrossFit to workout, weights and back to workout. I’m totally new to tracking and Fitbit - am I doing this wrong? What is interval training would that count for CrossFit? After all, I presume these different options track the appropriate level of activity for each run, bike, swim, weights, interval timer, workout option. I’d like to trade CrossFit and rowing out for others I clearly don’t do.

Hi, Fitbit has an app that's called Gym Genius and is designed to help you perform structured Gym, Yoga or CrossFit workouts. You can install this on your Versa (it's a payed app) by pressing in the Dashboard of your Fitbit app on the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side next to the account icon. You will go to the page were the Clocks and Apps tiles are shown. Press on Apps - All Apps. In the search bar of All Apps, press on the search icon on top of the screen on the right side, you will get a new search bar. press on top of this screen on the left side on the search icon and type in Gym Genius. If you like what you see, press install it. After finishing the installation, waut a few secs and the screen will show "Settings" and "Permissions". Press the last one and make sure all items are set to enabled. Hope this helps.

@RowGirl2 please see the exercise FAQ on how to add exercises to the watch.
Using the workout mode will allow you to reclassify after a sync.
