The watch has been saying "unlock with your phone" for a month or so now and it's REALLY annoying. Have tried literally everything in the app to "unlock" the watch. The people responsible for coding and testing the software on this device need to take a good long hard look at themselves and be utterly ashamed really.
Anyway...I have unpaired the device from the phone, deleted all fitbit devices from the account. Turned off the phone, tried to repair the device using NFC but as soon as it says enter the pin number on the screen the screen flicks up the "Unlock with your phone" message again...yeah...I need to be able to register the thing to be able to use the thing. I am sure I've found every instruction on the web on how to do a full factory reset on the Versa...hold 3 buttons, wait a bit, when logo disappears release bottom right button - yeah...nah...doesn't work and my fingers start to hurt when the screen stays dark for well over a minute.
Any other bright ideas?
