Dear Fitbit team

 

I would like to activate my warranty but I couldn't find where to do it. I purchased it while I was in London so I could be eligible for 2 years warranty am I?

There's no need to register a warranty - I guess that can tell when you started using the fitbit.

 

In terms of the warranty period they say:

 

"...if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Fitbit product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase"

So, it seems that you need to reside in Europe as well as buy in Europe. Otherwise it's a one year warranty.

Hello, I just reviewed my purchase date and I bought it on the 29th of June. Therefore, I still have time to get my warranty and replace my broken Fitbit. Could you please help me how can I do it because the email support is not available anymore.

I was surprised to see that the email option is no longer available. I don't know if that's a permanent change or just temporary. I would suggest the live chat service as it's worked well for me before. Note that it's only shown as available when the service is staffed so you may need to try again later if it's not available at the moment: contact.fitbit.com
