I just wanted to leave a post to tell you about my warranty claim issue. My watch is 8 months old and the band has broken all of a sudden. I contacted Fitbit, and they offered to send me a new band as a part of the warranty. They could not replace the band with the same one, which I am finding really frustrating, as a part of the warranty should be replaced with the same product. Has anyone else had this problem?

What problem, what version of the Versa did you purchase? Or which band are you asking about?

The band that broke is the black band that comes with the versa when you purchase it. I just thought that there would be plenty in stock as it is the standard one given.

I would think so also. I was only asking because Fitbit has special bands for some models and they might be scarce.
