So my account was hacked, among many other accounts, and someone use my Versa info to file a warranty claim to get a new one.
My name and email were changed, my name sure as hell isn't Melissa. After contacting Fitbit support, it took OVER 2 WEEKS for a fix that resulted in my acocunt being locked and ANOTHER 2 WEEKS waiting for them to unlock it.
What the hell can I do? My Versa won't sync and I can't start a new account with my current Versa. I'm out a lot of money for a useless device.

@Kjfall85 I am afraid there's not much you can do but wait. It's frustrating but since the account got hacked, fitbit need to follow their SOPs.
