I’ve been a loyal Fitbit customer since the beginning and recently began experiencing issues with my Charge 2 recognizing my normal activities and losing accuracy. Of course, it’s out of warranty and Fitbit offered me a coupon but it doesn’t apply to either the Ionic or the Versa!

 

So I’m thinking Apple Watch or the Pebble. I’m disappointed Fitbit! Not at all a good PR move.

Since Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa are another range of Fitbit, the warranty discount do not currently apply for these units. You can always take a look at this page, where you will be able to compare the trackers in which the discount applies, maybe there's one that meets your needs.
