Warranty items should have expedited shipping.

After four months, my Versa2 has stopped working. The display went strange and I could not reset it or see a green light flashing on the back. Fortunately the warranty provides for a replacement as it is deemed defective. But now I have to wait 3-5 business days without any data of my sleep or activity being logged which is hugely disappointing on top of the first device no longer working. Warranty should provide for replacement as quickly as possible.

Now I have received an email saying that the replacement will be delivered May 5! This is awful.
