What other company makes you send your $200+ device back through USPS to an untraceable courier only to make you wait WEEKS for a replacement for an electronic device we purchase to use by the minute?
Why can’t a warranty replacement be sent and then charged for if the defective device doesn’t arrive? I had the thing less than 5 months before it died. I’ll take that long to get a replacement at this rate. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
How does Fitbit have such good reviews. Sadly, there won’t be one from me here or on the BBB.

Because there are people that would abuse it that way and rip the company off. And that is the way every businesses works. Including apple, you have to send it away, it will be checked, repaired or replaced if I. Warranty with apple, Samsung, every company.

I have never not been without my iPhone. It’s replaced or fixed. Actually, many retailers will send a replacement before receiving defective item. You missed the “charge me if you don’t get it back”.
I get it if I had had it longer than my running shoes lasted. And from reading online it’s a common issue for this device.
While I respect you’re entitled to an opinion, I was really looking for help in figuring out how to get Fitbit to help me locate the device I sent them 2 1/2 weeks ago because right now, I’m the ripped off one. They have my money and I have no Fitbit. Me. Not them.
