Warranty when purchased from Amazon

My Fitbit screen has gone black and won’t restart after charging and multiple restarts. I purchased it just less than a year ago and want to use the warranty but I bought the Fitbit through Amazon from Fitbit. So I don’t have an order number to use for the return tool. What do I do?

Hi @Qtdugan  you should be able to check your emails or your Amazon account and get that information. 

 

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.

I tried using the Order Number listed on amazon but that did not work. In addition, there were other products in that order and they are all under the same Amazon order number. I don’t seem to have a specific Fitbit order number.

Woah, I have the same problem. My Fitbits screen is also just black and won't restart after multiple restarts or charging. It was able to charge when I just bought it. But after one week I have this problem. What could it be? Maybe it's just me doing something wrong? I checked the charging cable - everything works fine (my sister has Fitbit too, so I tested on her device). Previously, I have never had any issues with Amazon's purchases. My latest one is this food scale https://www.amazon.com/Vont-Beautiful-Measurement-Stainless-Batteries/dp/B08SW6F5SZ - works fine even after 6 months. I don't know what happened with Fitbit. Unfortunately, I don't have an order number too...

Mine also went to black screen but while it was charging.  There was a firmware pushed through earlier and now it makes me wonder.  I haven't even had it for a year yet.  I bought it in October 2020.

My Versa Lite recharged after 12 hours finally.  Will see how long it stays charged.
