How do I exercise a warranty. I’ve had my versa 3 for less than 2 months. The on wrist calls don’t work and I don’t receive text notifications. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggestions at least 3 times. An Apple Watch is cheaper, I just want my money back.

Hi @kas114  where did you buy your Fitbit? Each retailer has a different time frame in which to return the item for a refund. Fitbit.com's period is 45 days from the purchase date to receive a refund. You've tried all the troubleshooting tips? Have you seen this article? click to read. Also, what phone operating system do you have? https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

I’m not looking to return it. I have tried all of the trouble shooting steps. My app is up to date and my phone is running on the most up yo date operating system. The product is defective and Fitbit has a 1 yr warranty. I would like to exercise the warranty - not return it.

@kas114  when you posted that you wanted your money back, that's what I thought you wanted. Anyway, the link above for support, you need to get with them about getting your Fitbit going properly.
