Send my Fitbit Versa 2 for replacement on August 20, because the screen has been separated from the case...
I am extremely disappointed with Fitbit service as well as their products. As of August 31, Fitbit has been aware that FedEx has lost my package. I took several steps with FedEx. I had to get "angry" yesterday for Fitbit finally wake up. And all they have to offer me is a replacement with "express delivery" ?!
I would have hoped for at least a good discount on a Versa 3, or something else ... but no.
I had a Versa which broke after 1 year .... a Versa 2 which broke in the same way 1 year later ... The screen separates from the case.
When this one breaks again, within a year, I will not have garantee at all. You can be sure it will be the last. I will look elsewhere.
