So disappointed I upgraded from an inspire which I had no trouble with just didn't have hr to a versa which is a watse of money. Nobody tells you that you must have a compatible phone. I will never buy a Fitbit again.

me neither! have been using Fitbit since Fitbit One. But the incompatibility issues and syncing issues with the current lot (I own a Charge 3 and my wife a Versa) have made up my mind to look at Garmin or Samsung or Amazfit or whatever else as soon these die (which the way they are (not) functioning will be at my hands soon).

I yes my problem is fixed not by Fitbit though they didn't want to give me a refund. But lucky the great shop I bought it from were discusted by that and they decided to refund me. So now I have a fantastic Samsung galaxy watch which is compatible with every phone and it works great.
