My versa 3 will not download clock face.

Hi @Smlewis1220 - could you add a bit more  information?

But just in case, swipe the watch face to the left and tap on Clocks, this will allow to switch to any existing clock face, if that might be helpful.

Hi there, @Smlewis1220. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot change the clock face on your Versa 4. We are here to help you!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
