Watch at a standstill

 can anyone help me out. My watch suddenly went like this last night and I can’t get it moving from it, only other thing That came on screen was a battery with ( ! ) through the middle of it, I did try to charge but no joy. Thanks in advance 👍🏼

Yes tried that. Nothing.

We're having the same issue. It started happening a week ago and is getting worse

 that’s what mine is showing up now

Then tap on your found in the top right corner, to bring up the slide out menu then tap contact Fitbit.
