Watch band broke- filed claim and haven't heard anything

Hey all!

My Versa2 watch band ripped right by the pin and just flew off when I was teaching Zumba (on my birthday!).  I was thrilled to see that I could submit a claim to get a new watch band so easily. However, it's now been 8 days and I haven't heard anything.  It still says that my claim has been filed but not reviewed.  Anybody know how long this takes?  I'm missing my watch for so many things and would like this new band ASAP! Thanks all!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
