Hi, what you can try to do is: disable BT on your phone, close Fitbit app and restart your phone. Wait a minute, switch on your phone again, enable BT and start Fitbit app and see if they recognize each other now. When that does not solve the problem, try this: within the Fitbit app, go to WiFi settings, press on it and you will see the name of your network. Right next to it (assuming that you already entered the password of your router) you see a white icon, press that and Fitbit starts connecting. Once established, the icon turns to blue ans says "connected". Now place your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC . Your Versa should now be connected to your WiFi and see whether they recognize each other now. Remember: as the Versa has no WiFi on it's own but uses your phone/PC as a bridge to connect to WiFi, the Versa has to stay in the charger and connected to PC als long as you want to use the WiFi connection. Once you disconnect the Versa from your PC, the WiFi connection of the Versa will be disconnected in no time. Good luck!
