Watch face came unattached

I was wearing my watch and looked down and the face came unglued from the rest of the watch

Are you still within warranty? It runs for 12 months from purchase (or 24 months if you are in Europe). 

 

If you are then contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com and they can talk through your options.

 

If not, it might still be worth contacting them to see if they can help in any way.
