Hi, @infinate5 welcome, Your primary way forward will be to talk to "Customer Support" again using the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Their focus will be on Fitbit's returns & warranty policy and depend on who you bought it from (must be an authorised agent) When (must be within the time limit) and where you are (this dictates the time limit). If you bought an extended warranty this will include accidental damage otherwise it's excluded. If your watch is a recent purchase you may have rights against the seller under their terms of business or local statute. If you used a credit card to purchase the watch I'm aware some providers include insurance, you need to check. Your home contents insurance might be a way forward but it's unlikely.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
