Watch face popped out

I purchased the Versa 5/2018. This week the watch face popped out. The Fitbit is unusable. I'm 3 months out of warranty and all Fitbit will do is give me 25% off a new product. I'm very upset. Just one year wear on a $200 watch. Why does this happen!?!?!?!
