Even after syncing my iPhone has stopped showing the daily heart beats per minute information. Stopped about a week ago. Up until that point it was working fine.

@NOOTZ- verify when you swipe up that no heart data is showing in which case it may have become faulty, and may recover from a factory reset, but probably unlikely.
Can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they can check it out with you and help with the factory reset.
If under warranty and confirmed faulty it can usually be replaced where you bought it.
If not under warranty don't be tempted by any discount offer to buy more recent or more expensive watches, the Versa 2 is generally a good performing watch..
