Watch is locked-up; no action, stuck on screen, won't charge, won't shut off ???

My Versa 2 is locked-up. Won't move, no button, can't charge??

I downloaded a new App "Phone Link for Alexa" this morning; looking at my phone I saw

my Batter Power down to 52%, that never happens. So, pressing the side button, it went to seeings and now is locked up. Nothing works??

Guess what?  All of a sudden it unlocked and started working again.  Oh well, see if it works ok.
