Need help on to why my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge notifications aren't going to my fitbit versa lite.

My versa is lagging. The notifications start coming to my watch seconds latter sometimes not at all. I have tried everything. Having trouble with it syncing too!

I was getting notifications from my Moto G6 in the beginning, but not now. I'm getting texts though some are lagging. All notifications are correct in set up.
