My versa is not dead but it won't display anything. The green light is on, the app is telling me that it has a medium battery, and it never sent any indication the batter was low. I have tried restarting it and the three button hold reset. This happened with my original watch and now the replacement. What should I do now?

This happened to two different Versa's? Good to know, I came here to help make up my mind on whether I wanted a Versa or something else.

I'm having the same problem. It was still syncing with my phone when it first went dark (4/13) but now it won't sync anymore either. The back light does turn on when I push buttons an try to restart it, but it's just a blank screen.

Mine just started yesterday. I thought it was low battery. When I plugged it in it show 99% charged and the display comes back for awhile, but then goes black again. I really like my Versa so hopefully they have a solution. I've had it for about a year.

Have you tried restarting it? It didn't work for me, but maybe it'll work for you?

I got a FitBit Versa about 10 months ago and it was working great. About a month ago I started noticing that within a few hours the battery was draining. I used the two button restart and it would say 80% or 90% battery but then within a short period of time it would go off again. I was sent a replacement which I got yesterday. I set it up and then made sure it was at 100% and put it on before I went to sleep last night. 12 hours or so later it was dead. I used the two button restart and it said the battery was at 0.00%. I am using an android and have it set to All Day Sync. I just got this replacement yesterday.

When it is working I love the watch.the format one lasted from June to March. Yours is doing better than mine. My back light won't turn on. Just the green lights and I just checked and that's not working. The battery icon on the app was green when I left.
My replacement had better battery life than my original. I would take the original off the charger and it would drop to 99% in 2 mins and I had to charge it often. This one I could go 4 to 5 days on a single charge. I woke up this morning to the black screen problem on this watch. I'm going to call them tomorrow and hope they send another replacement.

Hello everyone! A warm welcome to our Community to @Gymlife @Buddean and @RLSelin. I'm happy to see you again participating in our forums @SunsetRunner and @Elipsicus, I'm also happy to provide assistance. My apologies for the delayed reply.
@Gymlife First, let me appreciate your time and efforts troubleshooting this matter prior posting, same for you @Buddean Seems odd that your original device and your replacement experienced the same difficulties @Gymlife. For both, since a restart process was already attempted with no avail, I recommend you to try a factory reset on your devices. To do so, on your device, please open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Keep me posted. For any warranty inquiries you can always check our policies here. @Elipsicus Thank you for your suggestions!
@RLSelin I'm glad to see that you received your replacement. For me to provide you with better assistance with this uncommon situation, can you please let me know if you're able to see anything on your Versa's display? I want to confirm if you're experiencing difficulties with the display or the battery life of your device. I'll be looking to your reply.
I'll be around helping in other forums in the meantime I receive your replies.
