Watch shows 0 heart rate while app shows normal value

I got the watch yesterday, about an hour ago the watch stopped showing a heart rate, it just says 0.

But the app does show something that looks right. I tried restarting the watch but no luck. I cleaned the back with a soft cloth. Tried a different wrist. Light is flashing when I first take it off.

It might be the clock that you selected has an issue.  I would try another clock face, maybe one developed by Fitbit to see if you get the same results. Also, you could check the Today stats by swiping up to see if your data is displaying of not - good luck

Mine is doing the same thing. This is the fourth day that I’ve owned my versa. 😕

Ahhh, changing the face did the trick. I figured if Fitbit was promoting it
they would all work like those on my Android watch. Guess not, thanks!

Glad that helped - some clock faces require a small fee after a certain period of time and that may impact the performance as well - I've read some posts the spoke to a locked watch and it was due to the required payment that hadn't been paid.
