Set up, created account, phone is syncing, the phone logged activity but watch still don't do anything.
It's got the Fitbit logo on and every so often has the green tick but keeps saying TO START DOWNLOAD FITBIT APP which I've already done? Please help.

Hi, maybe the little guide I wrote how to update to the newest Firmware version, which you will automatically get when setting up a new device, can be helpfull for you. It uses WiFi instead of BT. @Rosso78 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa doesn't show anything but just a "To Start Download" message.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great workaround that shared my friend @SunsetRunner.
