My watch was on the wrong time so I tried to sync and it would connect to the Bluetooth, I tried turning my phone off and on and then my watch off and on and nothing worked, I left it a day and kept trying and nothing happened so then I thought I would have to try a factory reset on my watch but you can’t do that without syncing it so now it is stuck.

Same issue with mine. I restarted my WiFi, phone and watch. Nothing. Watch won’t connect to my WiFi at all, no Bluetooth either. My network works, but the Fitbit app won’t pick it up. Tried to manually add it and nothing. So, Versa ain’t picking up my network, my network ain’t picking up the Versa and I am stuck in this conundrum.
Nothing has helped.

@AlixN @AixaO welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa watches since they stopped syncing with your phones. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you guys to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watches and see if they sync properly.
Thank you for your help @NellyG.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
