Watched “bricked” after update

Updated watch and now watch does nothing but show Fitbit logo.

fitbit refuses to help help since it was purchased through a secondary seller through amazon(an authorized dealer)

customer service after three calls won’t discuss my problem” secondary seller not our problem”

Amazon is also a marketplace. They themselves are an authorized retailer, but not third party sellers. It has to say sold and shipped by Amazon in the cart when purchasing.
